Wealth: paise nahi hoge to bhi kisi na kisi baat ki tension, matlab paise nahi rahege to naa khus rhe sakte hai.. Or uska aasar health par bhi padega.

Happines : Agar aap khus nahi rahoge to kya Faida aapke pass kitne bhi paise ho..
To khene ka matlab aapko in tino chijo par dhiyan dena hai.. Taki sab kuch badiya se chale..

Ab gym se aane ke baad nahana, nasta... Wagera.. 9:30tak
Ab 10 - 12 baje tak jo sabse important work hai wo karta hu.. Isme post likhna or jo bhi important work hai wo sab aata hai..

12-1 baje tak khana... Or thoda rest.. Issi bich mobile me podcast bhi sunta hu usse bhi bhut kuch Sikhne ko mil Jata hai..

1-3 baje tak apne dusre kaam ko manage karna.. Jese dusri sites hai unpar kuch kaam karna.. Apne jo author hai unse baat karna.. Ya kisi visitor se contact karke feedback lena.. Khene ka matlab iss time me Jada load nahi leta hu.. Normal jo work hai wo sab complete karta hu..

3-4 fix hai.. Kuch na kuch naya Sikhna hai.. Ab iske liye Blog Reading, Video, Book..
* aesa kuch jo phele nahi aata tha wo sab Sikhna hai.. Ye daily ka target hai..

4-5 rest.. Bed ya fir beenbag par aaram karte huee.. Abhi kya updates chal rahe hai apni interest ki fild me wo sab dekhna.. Isse post ke liye idea bhi mil jate hai..
5-6 Blog par hi kaam..

6 baje kaam se free.. Bahar friends ke sath Hangout ya kahi ghumne jana..
8 baje khana..
9 baje kal ke jitne bhi kaam hai unki list board par likhna..
Than 10:30 baje tak.. Blog Reading ya podcast..
Health ke liye subha GYM, 3 war khana, bich bich me body stretching​ bhi jab bhi rest leta hu..
Baki jab ghumne jate hai.. Ya Dosto ke sath.. To waha blogging ki koi baat nahi.. Matlab.. Jisme sab comfortable ho wo sab bate..
Jab main kaam karta hu.. Uss time mobile ko silent kar deta hu.. Or social site ko block kar deta hu..
Baki jab gap milta hai bich me.. Uss time social sites ko dekh leta hu..
Disturb naa hou isliye mobile me messanger hi install nahi kiya

To khene ka matlab ye hai.. Jo bhi kaam karta hu pura focus ussi par hota hai..
Or reminder ke liye mobile me time set hai.. Jo pure din bhar bajta hai jab kisi kaam ka time hota hai to.. Usko yaad dilane ke liye..
PS: ye mera di bhar ka schedule hai.. Par jaruri nahi aap bhi aesa hi kare.. Wass aapko ye dhiyan rakhna hai ki aapka kaam bhi tikh se ho or health bhi sahi rahe or aap sabse jude bhi rahe.. Uss hisab se apna time table Banaye..

Tips jo sayad aapko kaam aaye:


kal kya kya kaam karna hai uski list raat ko sone se phele bana lo.. To subha se sochna nahi padega kya kaam karna hai or naa koi important kaam chuutega.
  1. mobile me har kaam ke liye alaram set karke rakhe taki time par sab kaam ka pata chalta rhe.. Nahi to pata chale kisi kaam me uski limit se jada time nikal de or dusre kaam rhe jaye.
  2. jab bhi kaam Kare.. Social sites se dur rahe.. Or mobile silent rakhe.. Taki kaam achi se ho or jaldi ho.

 Blogging ko kaam ki trha naa le.. Q ki wo aapne apne interest or passion se karte hai.. To usko puri trha se injoy kare.. Isse  paise bhi aayege.. Aap Khus bhi rahege.. Or tabiyat bhi tikh rehti he
